Is there any way to immediately Red Flag a song...Instead of playing and waiting for the 21 seconds for VDJ to red flag it?
I have to take breaks between my sets and since I have to close and restart VDJ, all the previous songs played lose that red flag. This becomes and issue as I end up repeating songs and would prefer not to. Anyone know about this?
thanks...

You could download the registry tool and change the time but if your closing out VDJ it won't matter because the next time you open it it starts over. Then you'd have to look in the history folder to see what was played in the last session. Maybe ask in the wishes forum for it to act like Serato and keep the played tracks highlighted until we manually clear it.
Hope that helps

You could enable the Last Play column in the browser. This will show you how long ago the song was played, so should help you avoid playing songs that you have already played.

You could create a filter folder with the commend "days since lastplay<1" and that will tell you the songs already played today.

I am using the VDJ7 4-deck skin. I am trying to create a filter folder to keep track of songs played. For the filter, I entered "days since lastplay <1" which works perfectly for the songs loaded on the left two decks, #1 & #3.... BUT when songs are loaded on right decks #2 & #4, no information about last play appears in the column, nor in the filter folder. Anyone have a clue?
