Okay, here is the situation. I'm using the Gemini CDJ700 in midi mode, and every time I press play either on deck A or B, there is a small delay, I will say about a second delay from the moment I press play to the time the songs starts to actually play. I tried both on vinyl mode and regular CDJ mode and I still noticed the delay which really sucks when beat matching.
However, when I use the CDJ's with an USB thumb-drive, I don't experience any delay. As soon as I press play, the music starts automatically, both on vinyl or regular CDJ mode. Any ideas as to what might cause this small delay when in MIDI mode?

plug it into midi trace and see if it's a hardware fault or limitation.
