Hi,
Last week I bought a Hercules MK4 and I'm pretty happy with it, but since I realised there's no button to change the gain I decided to look for a solution on the interwebs, after doing research on my problem I now know what mapping is but I'm far from being able to do it myself.
I found a guy who made a mapper for mixxx ( http://www.mixxx.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1807 ) but since I have virtualdj I don't think I can use this one (there's an .xml file in the downloadable zip file, I tried putting it in c:\documents\virtualdj\mappers but this didn't seem to do anything). He made the mapper so when you hold your scratch button and turn the pitch button from deck A the gain in- or decreases in deck A, the same thing goes for deck B.
Note: I tried doing it myself in VDJ in the mappers option when you press config but I can only select one button and not multiple so I can't select the scratch button and one of the pitch buttons.
Thanks in advance!
