Topic: Is this supposed to happen?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I downloaded the VDJ home version 7 and want to get more effects,but when I go to Download-plugins-effects-and then I choose an effect I want but then it says I need a VDJ license,but
I dont know how to get 1,
I thought they were free
and do liscenses cost??
Where can I get free effects??
