Can i use my debit card to pay for membership
it says CREDIT CARD online now
so can i use a debit card to as i don't have credit card

Yes you can use your debit card. Just put in the required info and you should be good to go. It will not charge you as credit you should see it come up on your account statement when payment is made.

i dont have a credit card i bought this computer from this guy and he said that its included with virtual dj 7 and he didnt give me no password or username or not even a serial number help me.

The license is not transferable. You can contact support, but I believe you are out of luck.
 

VirtualDJ licenses are not transferable and cannot be sold or given away. Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Serial%20Transfer.html

Or if you are just using it for fun at home using your mouse/keyboard, you can download the latest Home FREE from http://www.virtualdj.com/products/homefree.html

If you have a debit card then you can create a PayPal account and then link the debit card to it: http://www.paypal.com

NOTE: If you wish to be able to download skins, effects, etc. then you will need to purchase VirtualDJ itself and register it - http://www.virtualdj.com/products/comparison.html - Premium Membership gives access to NetSearch/Grooveshark only.
