Hi whenever i connect my rmx VDJLE is not opening. Its not recognizing the console. I tried many times reinstalling the drivers from the site but nothing. Sometimes it connects but it always stays for like a minute and then disconnects (virtual dj freezes) and doesn't start back up. Please help

Please give us more details about your computer (OSX, processor speed, amount of memory, etc)
Are you certain it meets VDJ minimal requirements ?
Did you verify that the Rmx is correctly installed and working, as explained in these documents ?

You are also using the latest VDJ version (v5.2.2)?

other things to look at: usb cable (try another one) usb drive (try another one)
