I was trying to have all my iTunes music inigrate into VDJ but I can only get like the Recently Played , and Playlist to show up is there a way to just have ALL of my music in to VDJ so i can play any of my tracks in VDJ. Or should i just make a playlist with all of my music in the playlist? Any suggestions would help thanks.

Reading the manual will show you how to add your iTunes media folder to the VDJ search database. All the media will work and it does not "have to be" in an iTunes playlist. VDJ just does not know where your songs exsist until you add it. Till then, the songs in your iTunes playlists will work because iTunes knows where to find the file.
VDJ only reads those iTunes playlists. It does not import everything automatically from iTunes. That is where the "Add folder to search database" part comes in.
Goodluck!

I am not familiar with itunes, but what happens if you select "show itunes" in the browser, and select "add automatically" in search database?

I'm a new user of VDJ7 trying to learn my way around the software. I have used it for about a month. The sync feature is awsome going from deck to deck while in manual. You can tell the next deck what bpm you want by using the sync feature. Is there a way to accomplish this in auto dj mode.

No problem being a new user we've all been there... Anyway, welcome to the forums, I hope you become a regular user of both the software and forums ;-)
First things first, always start a new thread to ask a question. It's not fair on the original poster and these posts stay around for quite a while and act as a reference for future users.
To your question though, you can select different modes of automix, one being smart. If the BPM's are close enough, automix will match and blend the tracks for you.
The automix option are available from the playlist pop up menu.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Roy

I take it you want to migrate your iTunes playlist into VDJ, if this is the case, then one simple way of doing this is to open VDJ go into the folders pane and find the iTunes folder... (there are two ways)
Number one:
1. Click iTunes to open up your iTunes folders.
2. Right click on the main folder and choose "Reload"
3. Find the playlist you want to migrate into VDJ and click on it.
4. Take note of the exact name and Make a Virtual folder with the same name in VDJ.
5. Click the playlist in iTunes again.
6. Click and highlight all files in VDJ browser, left click browser files and drag all into the newly created virtual folder, this will create the exact playlist you have in iTunes.... (but is Not automatic, You'll have to do this manually every time you update in iTunes.)
Number two:
1. In iTunes click the playlist you want to migrate into VDJ.
2. Click on "File" , "Library", then choose "Export Playlist"
3. In the "Save as Type" choose "M3U files".
4. in the browser section find VirtualDJ folder and open.
5. Find the "Playlist" folder and open.
6. You may have to in the "Save as Type choose (*.m3u) again so you can see the other VDJ playlist show.
7. Click "Save".
8. In VDJ folder pane you will find a folder named "Playlist" open that folder and you will find your imported playlist from iTunes, highlight it and your browser will show all imported files...
Please note that all files in iTunes have to be already in VDJ database for all to show up in your playlist, you should have your computers "My Music" folder Marked as a "Favorate" in VDJ so it will be easier to update, just right click "My Music" folder and add to Favorate, then right click again and choose add to db option and thats it...
Good Luck,
Joey....
