Hello, i just bought an Mixtrack Pro yesterday, i unboxed it, and pluged it to the computer. Everything worked fine. Traktor LE 2, came together with the Mixtrack. I used the Mixtrack every day for about 3 days, and its was fantastic. But, the 4 day, it wouldnt work. I plugged the Mixtrack to the computer, and every button was lighting up. I started Traktor, and nothing happened. The Mixtracks buttons didnt react, they was just lightend up. Now, I have re-installed everything on my computer, and nothing seems to help. So, is there anybody who can help me? im really frustraidet. sorry for the bad english.

Maybe you would be better asking for help on the Tractor support forums, unless you are using VirtualDJ?

i am also using Virtual Dj, and its the same problem there :-(

You may have inadvertently changed the midi channels the unit uses to communicate with the software. I'm not familiar with this unit but how to check this may be in the user manual. Apart from that it may be a hardware fault, may be best to contact Numark directly.

i doenst think its the traktor, and the Mixtrack is working fine, exept that it doesnt react on the buttons at all.

So it's not "working fine" then, is it?
But you're still in the wrong place. This is clearly not a problem with VDJ, but with the Mixtrack (so you need to inform Numark).
If you've just bought it, you should also contact the store to ask for an exchange.
