Do you mean decks (players)?
The number of decks is provided by the skin you have loaded.

there are a lot of great skins and several with 4 decks
the add-ons / plug ins available to registered users are amazing
they are large in number , type , and power , to create great performance for you

as you suspect he probably means platters sort of like plates , when we would say
