Hello,
I just received my Numark Mixtrack that I ordered on the internet and it came with a copy of Virtual DJ LE. I completed the setup and entered my serial number and when the program went to launch, it loads and freezes. It gets to "initializing external devices" down in the left-hand corner of the box and does nothing after that. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the program, but to no avail, it does the same thing. I'm not sure what to do, any help?

Do you have the Mixtrack plugged into the USB socket of your computer when you're trying to run VDJ?
The LE version won't run unless it can find the controller.

If you have a Firewall service, try turning that off first and then re-start VirtualDJ.
