Topic: Anyone using Pangolin Essentials Plugin?

How are users of Pangolin Essentials finding its performance? Is there a work around for loosing the incoming text, or text not yet displayed (waiting for approval) if also using other video FX interchangeably?

Both have terrible customer service. Thats all ill say
 
I've been using it since it was in beta and yet to have a problem with the plugin or their customer service. .....
