Topic: How to set the default video transition to fade?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

How can I set the default video transition to 'fade'

It's on another one which I don't really like and it's annoying having to manually change this every time

you could map "ONINIT" for your controller or "init" for your skin... Athough I can't find one called "fade" so you will need to change it to the correct name

video_transition_select "fade"
