Topic: vms4 sound and pc issue

I have a big problem with my VMS4: I can send audio in, but it doesn't come out through any place, not booth or master or cueing, etc. I thought it was the program but it still would't work, even after I reinstalled it. and when I tried to update the firmware through my computer but I couldn't do it. the program said there was a los of time or something like that. and also the firmware updater doesn't come with the updater. why? (moderators)

Any help to solve this big problem will be appreciated. thanks

Before you upgrade the firmware in the VMS4, you have to make sure that nothing is using the VMS4 sound card - not VDJ, not Windows, nothing. Then it should upgrade without giving you an error message.
