Topic: How do I stop this?

when I drag a track to the other deck while a track is playing on the other deck, it makes the track that is playing quieter.
how do I stop this? I am trying to make a dubstep mix and this problem keeps occuring.
hopefully this is the right section of the forum to ask this question. any input would be helpful, thanks.

I assume you're using the free version, and just mixing with the computer and mouse, right?
