I hear sound from decks A, C and D only. How come Deck B has no sound?

i am having a ddj ergo..i am keeping the latency upto 512 and 24bit and kennel is 3...does it will create any problem...when my latency and all were auto..i heard clicks and pops.....pls help me out..
