Topic: Cntrl-2 and korg nanopad

Ok I need some help please.... I have a gemini cntrl-2, korg nanopad, and am running vdj pro....am I able to use the nanopad as a sampler and or drum machine during live gigs? Any and all advice would be very appreciated
