Sorry if this is in the wrong place but I am brand new. I just got VDJ7 the free version and some of my songs from my itunes are getting errors why is that

Could be different reasons... Are they the files you downloaded from iTunes or moved to a different laptop... Please give a little more info....

Try this. Go to the drive you have you music on, then right-click add the search database. Hope this helps!

Are any of the songs you are trying to load older iTunes songs that are DRM protected? (.m4p)
If this is the case, then these protected files will not work in VirtualDJ or any other software application except iTunes and will need to be upgraded to DRM free via the iTunes store. There is a small fee per each song to do this.
