Topic: Sound issue with VDJ when using numark mixdeck

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Recently purchased a numark mixdeck and installed the VDJ that came with it, and the sound that comes through my headphones and speakers for every song sounds something like a robot screaming in pain with the music barely audible in the background. I have updated all of my drivers/firmware and nothing has fixed the issue. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Same problem when using windows 7.
Change my "LATENCY SETTING" to a higher number and the problem was resolved.
