Topic: Gemini Cdj700

An user have 2 new Cdj700 (Gemini) .
The Cdj comes without Asio Drivers (no Cd in the box)
He is asking in the spanish forum about Vdj+Gemini cdj700 .

any ideas ?

I checked their cdj700 page, but the only downloads were mappers for vdj and traktor, it didn't look like there was anywhere else to download drivers and firmware. they didn't even have the manual available...

they may also need to switch the device from cd or midi to HID to get it recognised

they could also try asio4all, that should do the trick until a real solution presents itself if the other things don't work
 
The Gemini website has the link to download the ASIO drivers, and they already mapped to Virtual Dj.
 
it depends if he is using a mac or a pc

mac dont need asio drivers plug and play just need to adjust settings with in virtual dj

pc needs asio driver and the program is on gemini website. if he has a 4x4 sound card just plug it in like normal and usb for midi control plus he will be able to have the function of dvs as well and also incase he gets the bsod he can quickly pop in a cd or usb and get of trouble
