Topic: Can someone help me with mixing with loops?

I am a newbie and I decided to make a mix with loops. However, I don't know how to make transition smoothly to another song with a different BPM so that the new song can change itself to the previous speed. Can any DJ pros help me with this problem? (please note that one of the decks is occupied by the beats/loops)

Also, does anyone know how to change a song's tempo smoothly and make another deck to change to the other deck's tempo?
