Out of curiosity, how do you guys take loo breaks in the middle of a gig?
Do you put on a long song or use automix?
What happens if you find a queue in the loo?

Sugarhill Gang - Rappers' Delight - that song was made for DJs with full bladders.

In most cases you'll know when you're due to do a gig....
So, don't have anything to drink for a few hours beforehand. Make sure you "empty out" before you leave the house.
Don't have lots to eat during the same hours the previous day - so if you're working 8-12 on Sat, don't eat heavily on Friday evening.
All common sense really!

Rappers Delight or David Bowie Let's Dance. If there's no wait I even have time to get another beer!
I usually scope out the bathroom situation prior to a gig so I know where I'm going and how long it takes, and if it's a place that gets lines I'll ask about employee restrooms. Otherwise, pop in a long mix, or get a dj friend to watch the decks while you go!

alternatively (probably bad idea :P),
Look around for the first guy that looks he might ever wanna be a DJ and tell him.. "press play when the song ends, I'll be right back"
Thats how I got involved 20 yrs ago ... I was 14 and watching this guy.. who said that famous line at a certain moment.
Interesting part.. he never returned until the party was over. There I stood for hundreds of high school graduates and limited knowledge on the equipment let alone the music of the previous 10 yrs. Thank god for the great mood the people were in and many helpful requests from the audience, but it got to be a crash course never to forget :P

What i usually do is to have a mixed tracks that is 25-30minutes long played mixed (which almost equal to 6-7 tracks of length you play) i have made it for myself and i used it if theres a situation like this. I can relax and have light snacks of sandwiches and do bathroom if needed, then soon as i'm done and back to the DJ's booth it did sometimes played only half of the tracks before i get back to the booth. I have 4-Tracks in different genre in which i could easily choose and use it anytime if ever situation is in critical mode. I have also save this tracks in the CD and ready to plays in one of my CDJ anytime if it is needed, it is very useful and i even use this if computer crashes and hangups i let my cdj play while my computer is restarting. Remember that having other guys whom you don't know him personally and asking him to do small favor for you will be big disaster if something goes wrong.
