Is there an official standard VDJ7 skin in 1920x1080 resolution?
If there is, I can't seem to find it... Directions would be appreciated :)

At the moment there are no 1920x official skins. You may use some of the custom made ones.

The first 2 in the list have layout similar to the default ones

Here's one for VDJ6 in 1920x1200
Assuming it has all the features you need it can be reduced to 1080 height with the skin resizer tool or you will just lose a bit of the browser off the bottom of the screen.
