Hello ! now i use virtualdj home Bob from support team told me that i need pro version because:
i have 2xcdj 400 and djm 5000 and want to use djm for videomixing only .
mixer is not midi? is there a mapper that i coud use crossfader on djm 5000 to have linked audio/video in virtual dj
can i try this on my friends pro version before buy pro ?
i don*t want to buy if i can use only cdj*s 400 (i know that works) and cannot use djm5000 because it is not midi mixer
i m not pc expert and do not know to map something by myself and i do not have time for that
i am ordinary man and if i pay :want to plug and play .

unfortunately you will need to map it yourself, however, fortunately it is very easy to do...
just open config, go to the mappers tab. Select "simple midi" in the dropdown menu.
Make sure the key learn button is highlighted blue, if not press it... move the crossfader on the djm5000.
then finally in the "action" box type "video_crossfader" and you are done...
