A firewall may be preventing you from installing, you could try the normal way of just hitting run to install or save it to a folder and run installer from there, good luck.

I JUST TRIED TO INSTALL VER. 7.0.5 AND I GET THE PROCESS TERMINATED UNEXPECTEDLY.. I HAVE NO FIREWALLS OR ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE RUNNING. I'VE HAD VDJ ON MY P.C. BEFORE, SO IT LOOKS LIKE THE PROBLEM COULD BE THAT I AM RUNNING WINDOWS XP PRO SP2.... I MAY NEED SP3!!
