Topic: Reactivate "old database entries"

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Hi,
I stored 90% of my music on an external hdd. While it was not connected I pressed "check" database, now 90% are tagged as "saved in old entries" and they are not in the SearchDB anymore...
I guess a rescan will kill all my cues and co, a "Repair" after reconnect the hdd brought the entries not back to life.
So how can I activate the files again without rescanning the whole collection? is there any tag in the xml-Database file?

Assuming you have not done a "fix" on the database, just add the files to the DB again from the exolorer and they should reassign all the information from the DB.
