Topic: No CUE Deck B

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I have a Macbook Pro and I just bought the Denon DN-MC6000. I set the switches and VDJ settings according to the guide on these forums. Everything seems to work except for one weird problem. When I press CUE on deck B, there's no volume in my headphones, but it works fine for Deck A. Any ideas?

Wow, thanks so much for the help guys (I'm being sarcastic). When I issue a ticket, I get very little help that doesn't resolve my problems and nobody on these forums helps either. VDJ for Mac is one of the most unstable, troublesome pieces of software I've ever come across. I regret paying money for this. It wouldn't be so bad if I could get it to work! I've had multiple problems getting it to work with different sound cards and controllers. Everyone says it's more stable on Windows, but I don't want to use the Windows version. The company never should have released a Mac version if it's not up to par... and it ISN'T!

Traktor works MUCH better and is easier to set up. I like VDJ's interface and the fact that it does karaoke and video. But, since it's prone to crashes on Mac, I guess I wasted my money.
