Click on the range button in the skin. Not sure if it can be done from the unit itself unless you mapped it. You should also register your software to take advantage of the free goodies here ;-)

Pitch range can also be changed in CONFIG -> Options
You will need to purchase the full VirtualDJ Professional to use the RMX with VirtualDJ v7 (The RMX comes with v5 Console Edition.)
