Hi, I just bought a Hercules MK4 with Virtual DJ LE. I'm trying to get to the Sound Setup tab but when I click config, it just shows an Advanced Settings tab telling me I can upgrade to Pro. Does Virtual DJ LE not have any config options?

The differences between the VDJ products are listed under Products/Software/Comparison on this site.
The VDJ versions which ship with controllers are designed to work with that controller only, and as such do not need any configuration.
You plug the controller into your computer, run the software and it works. Job done.
If you want the additional features of the full Pro version, you can upgrade at a discounted rate.
I have mentioned to Atomix that the menu option shouldn't actually say 'config' in the basic versions, as there is nothing to configure, but they think it's not an issue and choose to leave it that way so........

when i first got a mixtrack pro numark controller i had all the settings and i had to unistall it then re install it all the config settings were gone how to i get them back to change like the skin and the scratch to vinyl bc thats really what i need

VirtualDJ LE is limited software and does not have any config options. Please see: http://www.virtualdj.com/products/comparison.html
