Topic: High Performance Power Setting

So i tried this setting on my win7 machine but didnt see any improvements in cpu usage (fluctuates between 15 to 35%)... i did notice that it runs hotter though...

What settings are you guys running and what is this High Performance power option for?

You can see the improvement if you turn on Advance Time Stretching, when you change the speed of a track you will notice much better sound which consumes more CPU power. That is one example how to utilize your CPU.
