I have quite a few legal music videos on my hard drive. I am getting in to video DJing and I am noticing that not all my videos will play in CUE. They all play in I tunes just fine and I even have some by the same artists that were purchased at the same time and some will play some will not. Any ideas.

Where were they purchased from?
It's possible some of the videos may be DRM protected. If this is the case, then they may not be playable in VirtualDJ, especially if they are protected by Apple's DRM (This only allows playback in iTunes and on iPod, iPhone, etc.)
