i have an mk2 console
my computer is
3.2 ghz quad core
1 tb master
1 tb slave
160 gig slave slave
now i installed the drivers for it but its not showing in my device manager what can i do to solve it
im running windows 7 home premium

Try installing the latest drivers and firmware.

Also, try a different USB port on your computer and/or USB cable. Make sure that you are using a USB 2 port, not USB 3 that is available on recent computers.
