You're not supposed to get sound from your laptop!
The VMS4 is a real mixer. When you plug it in to your PC USB socket and use DJ software, the sound gets sent out of the PC into the VMS4.
To hear it, you have to plug either powered speakers or an amp into the VMS4 output sockets.
You also plug your headphones into the VMS4, so you can cue tracks.

Will the VDJ V7.0.5 support the VMS4??

Yes, it's been supported for a while now.
Even if it didn't have mapping supplied, you could do it yourself.
