Topic: Need help with the effect slider settings

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I recently upgrade to virtual dj 7. I'm using the hercules steel and I use the effect slider 1 for the filter function.
now I want to assign the default function of the effect slider when I hold down the shift button.

Can anyone help me with the this?
