Hi Everyone.
Ok I bought the Hercules Trim Scratch Kit, but at the moment I am only using the pc & the Hercules Trim to play the music. Connections as follows I am using one of the leads that came with the scratch kit this has one end with 2 red & 2 white phono plugs the other end just 1 set of phono plugs, and this is connected to the back of the mixer. Using the end which has the 4 phono plugs i have connected to the Hercules Trim using outputs 1 & 2 & 3 & 4. I am running the latest version of Virtual DJ.
Ok this is the config from the Hercules control panel
ok a track is playing in the left deck no problem as soon as i drop a track into the right deck the sound level drops please can someone help me solve this i have a wedding to do this evening many thanks

Have you check the volume knobs and read out on the trim itself, also are the songs scanned before you play them or are you playing them for the first time? If for the first time they will scan while the song position loads
