The NDX-800 is a MIDI controller and natively supported. It doesn't need mapping (Unless you wish to change the default to your own preferences.)
Simply plug each NDX-800 and your computer using a USB cable, then put it into PC/MIDI mode.
Make sure that you have the latest version of VirtualDJ installed: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

Thats what I ended up doing. My other question is that I'm using a Mac book which unfortunately only has two USB drives, now do I use the two from the MAC for the RMX and NDX800 or do I need to get a POWERED HUB to use for the controllers and the other one off the Mac for the HHD or plug the HHD into the usb port on the NDX800? Right now I using a cheapie 4 hub non powered from wally world. which hasn't been under any real stress of gigging and is doing fine with no lag yet. I know one had mention earlier that the NDX800 is mapped for VDJ already which is good but I would like to remap the RMX to other functions that is not mapped. Or DID YOU MEAN THAT THEIR MAPPED ALREADY TO WORK TOGETHER?

You should plug the hard disk directly into a USB port of the Mac itself because this will use the most USB bandwidth (Bandwidth on a hub is shared between all connected devices.)
Plug the NDX-800's and RMX into a powered USB hub. The RMX is a USB bus-powered device, so may not get enough power if plugged into a non-powered hub. NDX-800's have their own power supply, so this shouldn't be an issue. Alternatively, use the optional external power supply for the RMX.
The RMX and NDX-800's are natively mapped in VirtualDJ to perform appropriate functions for each button. If you wish to customise them to perform different functions, please see http://www.virtualdj.com/homepage/jpboggis/blogs/4149/VDJscript_Mapping.html
