Hi,im thinking about buying the numark mixtrack pro,but the problem is im on vacation in england,so i cant get virtual dj le with it.I tried asking customer support if mixtrack pro works with virtual dj home free,but they are yet to answer,so,i thought mabye the community would have some answers!

No, it will only work properly with the LE version supplied or VDJ Pro full.

Ok thanks!do you know any controllers similar to the it that work with the free version?
 
None of the controllers will work properly with VDJ home, however they will allow ten minutes at a time to use a controller or advanced sound configuration.

I know a few people have bought mixtrack pros with traitor as the program but have spoken to Numark and gotten the le version of VDJ.

Mixtrack pro is an excellent controller and I love mine.

i contacted numark and they generated me a vdj LE code instead of me having to use the traktor one.

shoot numark and email and ask if you can have a software exchange.
 
0_0 i was about to spend 300$ on VDJ pro just so i could use the mixtrack,guess i dont have to!
 
Is still rather get the pro version. There are a lot of options not available with the LE (light edition).......

But if he can get an LE serial from numark he will be eligible for a significant discount on PRO.
