Topic: Mixtrack Pro Crossfader issue

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I have a mixtrack pro and the crossfader seems to be messed up. Every time I slide it to one side it slides back to the middle and starts glitching around. I contacted Numark and they told me to first contact Virtual DJ about the issue, so here I am. Anyone Know What's Wrong?
