Topic: VDJ won't read my External Hard Drive

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Sorry guys, i'm just frustrated, i just add a external 1TB hard drive to my Mac, i see it on my desktop and it works fine, but when i start VDJ, the folder does not exist, can anyone help me? also if you are going to show me how to see it please make it dummy proof, i need a step by step process

chat with technical support got it....this was so dumb on my end...all i have to do was to add the "Volume" tab on my screen i had it without a checkmark so i wasn't able to read it...it's funny cause Mac wont have "my computer" and the external hard drive will be under "Volume"

Not dumb at all... sometimes the most simple items are the hardest...
