Topic: External soundcard help

I have this external usb soundcard i use with vdj on my pc desktop. Everything works fine. When I try it on my macbook pro, it works except the macs audio keeps clicking up and i cant push it back down! If anyone knows what is wrong please, help me.

On your mac go to sound and set the out put for the 2nd sound card 1st before you open VDj ?
 
ok, i did what you said but my volume is still going up. the volume is stuck and when i try make it quieter it just goes back up.
