Can you give a little more details to what your setup is?
What version of VDJ?
What OS?
What is the controller your are using?
What is the soundcard you are using?

i think you need VDJ Pro to use timecode

You will need the Pro Full edition of the software in order to use timecode and/or MIDI devices. It can be purchased and/or upgraded from your current product here: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
