how do i get the new upgrade do i have to pay $49.00 upgrade?

You can crossgrade from Cue to the latest VirtualDJ Pro v7.0.4 for only $49 by going to: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html

Or alternatively, you can wait for Numark to approve the release of a newer version of Cue.
