I want to make a quick edit of the netbook skin to include a pannel that tells me if a certail shift is activated... i should be able to figure out how to include that, but is there a specific place in the xml that pannels are meant to be written in, or can it go anywhere?

well if you want it in a pannel then there,but otherwise it can go anywhere.open various skins and you'll see.on some the browser xml on the top as opposed to the bottom on most....
