Topic: vdj 850 sound lost with virtual dj please help

hello
i use vdj 850 connected with usb cable to my computer
when i play a clip everything workd fine but after a few seconds the sound lost.
the clip is still running in the vdj 850 and in the pc but with no sound.
donwt know what to do.
