There's a specific song that, when I play it in Virtual DJ, just plays a ton of static. The waveform also just looks like a giant rectangle when I load it up. I've played the song in a bunch of media players, burned it onto CDs and played it in my car, etc., and everything sounds fine when I do that. I've had this problem on two computers so I'm pretty sure it's a software problem. I would just download another copy of it, but it's the instrumental to a song provided by the artist themselves, and the only one I can find that doesn't sound horrible. I tried converting it from WAV to MP3 and it still sounded the same. This is the only song I've had this problem with.
Here's the actual file if it helps: http://www.mediafire.com/?67w0w7yb8w25o9i The artist gave this away for free on SoundCloud so I hope it's not a problem for me to post it.

The problem is because it's a 32 bit file.
CD audio is recorded at 16 bit, so you need to open it in an audio editor and save it as 16 bit.
I just tried, and it plays fine once it's 16 bit.

If you're on a PC, try Audacity - it's free.
