Hello i would like to know how i can put the output of my right channel to my laptop speakers and my left channel to my head phones thanks for the help

You cannot. You can listen to headphones OR laptop speakers. You are trying to use the same sound card to split between headphones and internal speakers and it cannot be done.

You would have to use a "Y" Splitter BUT you still will not be able to split the headphones and speakers. Using VDJ without a controller/soundcard will result in the same output. Cue will go to the left ear/left speaker and house will be on the right ear/speaker. This is unless you have a soundcard or controller that has separate headphone and main outputs.
