I'm just curious why that some of the photos I see posted on threads that some DJ's have two laptops out at their booth with them? And only see one hooked up to anything What is the purpose of it?

I use and have a back up laptop, if something goes wrong with one,
i remove it from the dockingbase and just use the next one (don't have time to look at problems while at work).
Other thing is , i record with the not in use machine , and do also al liitle bit browsing on the internet.
Those things i don't want to do on the machine that is providing the music and vids.

That's what I forgot to put I fiqured that it would be a back up. I carry two my self but I don't have it set up to make an easy transition. So if I have a crash I would have to boot it up and load from where I left off.
