Topic: Question on downloading samples from the the plugins?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I've downloaded a few samples from the sample plugin page. For some reason I can't pull them up under the load button on the sample folder it downloaded as a .VDJ format file do I need to change the
Format to a mp3 ect. or something else to get it to show up in my sample folder?

The correct format is .VDJ. When you select load, are you able to see the sample? What folders were they saved to?
 
If you can't see them in the load dialogue box, try typing *.* in the file name box.

This should show all files in the folder.

Samples in standard formats such as .MP3 and .WAV can be be loaded.
 
Thanks for the advice guys I will work on it tonight and will post if I have any problems still.

Not that I can find..Haven't had to much time to mess around with it But their are some on their that you can listen too before downloading them but once I've downloaded it and tried to mess with the file to play it, it just doesnt wanna work.
