Topic: Any way to 'fix' the sync button? [SOLVED]

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Occasionally while mixing, I'll hit the "Sync" button to try to align the beats of the two songs. Sometimes it works, but sometimes, VDJ incorrectly identifies the snare as the kickdrum, and it gets the count all wrong and makes the mix clash.

Is there any way to "fix" this per song? Can I go into the song and TELL vdj where the kickdrum is, so that it'll line up the beat properly from then on?

i cant get my sync button working on my vdj7. im using numark n4 and yesterday deck 4 was not working i reset the software to factory setting and it work after that all the sync button stop working. what could be the possible solution for this.
