Does anyone know what happened to yourremix.com??? Can anyone get on that site???? I can't.

Maybe they finally got shut down........keeps coming up sever unavailable. They charge to much anyways for there stuff......and some of it is just crap!

That sucks I got some good VIDEO's there best way to do it was wait till they have there half off sale I didn't think 2.49 was that bad I know how much work goes into making them video remixes. I just don't know why they would get shut down it's not against the law what they are doing there are plenty more of them charging way less for a Monthly subscription. And I also like how they have alot of DIRTY versions when you DJ in a bar and play a censored song they will MAKE FUN OF YOU AND SAY I FEEL LIKE I'M AT A HIGH SCHOOL DANCE.

Yeah I have (had) a monthly subscription, maybe the server just went down. As far as I know it was off yesterday also. Hopefully it comes back online. Otherwise I have to find another service.
 
anyone know if they were hosted by digital one because if they were the fbi has their server currently.
 
I was on line trying to get all my sale songs in before 3:00am Wed, and Bam, lost the site. It was 2:50am, and I am glad I did not pay yet, because they would have had my money, and I would not have been able to get my tracks. I liked their site, because I also got their custom audio and video drops.

Well yourdjdrops.com and yourdjskins.com is still up. I thought they were all the same company?

Please, if anyone hears any news pop it up on this post! I've been trying to find some info as well and so far this is the only post I've found on the whole net regarding the status. I'm starting to get the shakes! :)
 
Strictly and several other sites have been booted by their hosting companies. This is due to a copyright claim from universal. Many other sites (there are hundreds) are also black listed (from doing business) and are probably going to close over the next few days.


This is a sad day for DJ's, remixers and editors who just wanted more choice and availability.

For now you'll be limited to the few legit services in existence, so don't go expecting any remixes, mashups and tools. Be grateful if you get extended edits free of skits, and be prepared to pay more.

I have a subscription to XMIX and I also use Beatport also. YourRemix.com I was using for videos. I just hope XMIX or Beatport don't go down!

Remix Site Masterbeat has closed down. But at least they sent us an email saying so..
 
beezo.net, strictlyhits.com, bassremixes.com, atdhe.net, yourremix.com all shut down/seized.
 
Sigh tis a sad day indeed. I thought it was temporary. Been trying to access it for 2 days now. Does anyone know why Universal Music is shutting them down? I thought these websites were legit and had the support from labels? At least thats what most of these record pools claim.

So the next question is where should I go to next? I've got a subscription to 8thwonder as well but I dont quite like it. Does anyone have any suggestions on other good record pools?
 

None of the above were backed by record labels, well the proof is in the pudding.

Smashvidz remains to be the best pool and they have universal on board.

As for pay per video remixes/tools - Crooklynclan.net is still going strong.
