Can anybody tell me, why does VDJ Freezes during LIVE streams outside of me using VDJ Radio?
Is it my macbook pro?

Number Of Processors: 1
Total Number Of Cores: 2
L2 Cache: 3 MB
Memory: 4 GB
Bus Speed: 1.07 GHz
I do other shows besides VDJ Radio and would like to use my Macbook exclusively, because it sucks to have to use my M.B.P for VDJ and the PC for my streamer. Especially when there is a streamer on VDJ and I prefer my M.B.P.

Can you explain the problem a little bit more in detail?
I also stream sometimes to other radios then VDJ Radio but never had a problem with VDJ/Mac.

Basically, If I attempt to stream from the record/ broadcast section, it'll start out ok for a few minutes, but then it'll freeze at the touch of the play button, shift of the cross fader, little things like that happens all the time. Sometimes it'll freeze, then unfreeze real quick, but the connection will be gone. I always have the energy savers on "never" as instructed as well, yet that is not working. At first I thought it was the usb wire, but come to find out, that's not the case. BTW, my console is the RMX and it works perfect on VDJ Radio, where I can mix without worry. The streaming bit rate is always either 96 or 128. I don't use anything on my mac while broadcasting, yet it has become a consistent problem as of late.

Have you tried it also on listen2myradio, for a test?

Yep shoutcast, lol and I tried listen2myradio, same issue. I just decided to stick with using the VDJ on the mac and streaming through the PC. It's a little setup, but hey I'll adapt.
